We will be accepting applications for the 2024 Scholarship

from February 1-March 31, 2024

 Submit the following information with the application:

1. Copy of unofficial transcript(s) (first-time students should use high school or previous college): 
2. Two pages (double spaced) personal written essay that covers the following below: This is required, and in addition to your academic merits, is a significant determining factor in our decision making process.   
   1. What are your educational goals? 
   2. What is your ideal job? 
   3. Tell us about your family, hobbies, interests, special needs,  extracurricular activities, volunteer/community service, and (Clubs, sports, honors, etc.)
   4. Academic achievements.
   5. Need
   6. Why should you receive an award?
   7. A photo of yourself that is ONLY used for posting, if you are chosen as an MFF AWARD RECIPIENT, on the MFF website

 Signature and Additional Information:

1. ONLY COMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
2. Selected recipients are provided, but not limited, to one scholarship per academic year.
3. Students will be notified of selection via an award letter from the MFF.
4. Scholarships are awarded for the academic year.
5. Failure to meet individual scholarship eligibility criteria may result in the immediate cancellation of the award.
6. Renewal of scholarships is not automatic and students must apply each academic year to be considered.

The above information and attached documents are true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I give my consent to share any information regarding my demographic, academic, financial information and/or foundation scholarship funds I am awarded that may be pertinent to the MFF Foundation Scholarship Committee and donors for their consideration of scholarships.
